Sisterhood is a divine gift a safe space for healing, growth, and connection. May we continue to nurture and encourage one another, not just within our circle but also beyond.

Thank you again dear sisters for this blessing. May the Most High richly bless you.

2 Thessalonians 3:13 But ye, brethren, be not weary in well doing. 14 And if any man obey not our word by this epistle, note that man, and have no company with him, that he may be ashamed. 15 Yet count him not as an enemy, but admonish him as a brother.

Psalm 142:4 I looked on my right hand, and beheld, but there was no man that would know me: refuge failed me; no man cared for my soul.

Philippians 2:20 For I have no man likeminded, who will naturally care for your state. 21 For all seek their own, not the things which are Jesus Christ’s…. 19 But I trust in the Lord Jesus to send Timotheus shortly unto you, that I also may be of good comfort, when I know your state.

1 Corinthians 12:25 That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.

Shewing Thyself Friendly:

The Power of Christian Friendship

As Christian women, we’re called to be a light in this world. One of the most powerful ways we can do this is by showing ourselves friendly. It’s not just about being nice; it’s about embodying the love of Christ in our everyday interactions.

Proverbs 18:24 tells us, “A man who has friends must himself be friendly.” This wisdom applies to us too. In a world that can often feel cold and disconnected, your warmth and openness can be a beacon of hope. When you extend a genuine smile, offer a kind word, or lend a helping hand, you’re not just being friendly – you’re reflecting the heart of Jesus.

But let’s be real: being friendly is not always easy. It can be challenging to reach out, especially when we’re tired, busy, or feeling vulnerable. That is where the power of Christ comes in. Remember, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13). This includes stepping out of our comfort zones to connect with others.

Showing yourself friendly isn’t about being perfect or always having the right words. It’s about being authentic, approachable, and willing to engage. It’s listening with empathy, offering encouragement, and being present in the moment. These simple acts can have a profound impact, opening doors for deeper connections and opportunities to share your faith.

As you go about your day, challenge yourself to be intentionally friendly. Greet your neighbors, strike up a conversation with the cashier, or reach out to that new person at church. You never know how your kindness might brighten someone’s day or even change their life.

Remember, every friendly gesture is a chance to show God’s love in action. You might be the only Bible some people ever read. So let your friendliness be a testament to the joy and love you’ve found in Christ. In doing so, you’re not just making friends – you’re making disciples.

So go ahead, shine bright, and show yourself friendly. The world needs your light!
