The Trees of Life

Trees of LifeToday’s blog is about The Sabbath lesson I did entitled, “Trees of Life”. I thank God for this ministry and for the WORK that HE has set in my path. When God wants to use you, HE has to sometimes remove the things out of your life that might be a hindrance. It may involve letting go of your will and all that you think is necessary. God knows what is best for all of us! The lesson that God put on my heart today is called “The Trees of Life”.

I explained what God revealed to me concerning HIS plan of the creation of God. This man was created not to die because God cannot die and we are created in HIS image and likeness. Since we chose death in the garden, a plan of salvation was implemented because God so loved the world…and that plan was Jesus….the Tree of Life.

Isaiah 61:3 says that we are “trees of righteousness”, the planting of The Lord, that HE might be glorified. What this says is that God is looking at us as trees that HE is cultivating and He expects a harvest of fruit. In Matthew 3:10 it states, “the ax is laid unto the root of the trees, therefore every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit, is hewn down and cast into the fire”. And in another place …..Ye shall know the tree by the fruit it bears.

God is a Spirit and requires us to worship Him in spirit and in truth. Now in Galatians 5:22-23 it tells exactly what the fruit of that Spirit is…love , joy ,peace, long-suffering  gentleness, goodness ,faith, meekness and temperance; all of which are the characteristics of the God that is creating us! II Peter 1:8 states …For if these things be in you and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

May God Bless You All In Jesus Name
